At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join one of UK's largest privately owned real estate companies in the Liverpool area.

Salary: £23000 - £30000 Depending On Experience
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Location: Liverpool - 8 Working hours - Weekends available

Main Responsibilities to include:

• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients
• Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understand the local lettings market

The ideal candidate:

• Two years lettings experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administrative abilities to handle paperwork and documentation
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven track record in lettings within the property industry
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Must have own car - Driving Licence (required)
