Payroll and Finance Administrator
Here at Adaptable Recruitment, we are working exclusively with a client based in Liverpool, as they search for a Payroll and Finance Administrator to join their team.
Package;
Up to £30,000 DOE
25 days + BH

As a Payroll and Finance Administrator you will be responsible for;
- Full end to end payroll
- Calculate statutory payments such as SSP, SPP and SMP
- Processing of P11D returns, tax code changes, P45, and RTI submissions
- Deal with queries relating to salary, deductions, attendance, time records, as well as dealing with pension
- Liaison with HMRC and pension provider
- Input pension amendments, process auto enrolment and loading of files
- New starter and leaver procedures to be completed to meet payroll deadlines
- Produce monthly reports, and ad-hoc analysis to agreed deadlines, including reconciliation of payroll balance sheet accounts such as Pension Control Account, Net Pay control etc
- Process all statutory payments and deductions, including implementation of attachment of earnings orders
Experience required;
- Sage payroll experience
- Previous payroll experience

- This role will report into Financial Controller
