Accounts Assistant / £25,000-£28,000 / Birkenhead / Permanent / Hybrid

Adaptable Recruitment are looking to speak to candidates who are looking for an Accounts Assistant role within a growing business in the Liverpool area

Package:

• Salary £26,000-£30,000
• Full-time, Permanent
• Monday - Friday
• 36 hours per week (half day Fridays!)
• Hybrid working pattern - 3 in and 2 home
• 25 days annual leave + bank
• Holiday purchase scheme
• Enhanced parental leave

Location: Birkenhead

Job Duties:

• Overseeing and processing of purchase and sales ledgers
• Process credit card expenses in a timely manner
• Bank reconciliations
• Customer cash allocation
• Assistance with annual audit
• General finance support as and when needed

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews for the Accounts Assistant will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

• Knowledge/experience working within a similar transactional finance role (ideally within AP) is essential
• AAT qualification desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as excel
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A 'can do' attitude
