At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join a market leading company in the Wirral Area
Salary £20,000 - £21,000 DOE
Full-time contract: based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
23 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 25 days after probation period)

Responsibilities to include:
- Developing agendas and taking minutes of project meetings
- Preparing and updating action trackers as directed by Project Managers
- Prepare project handover documentation
- Supporting the preparation of weekly project reports for both internal and client review
- Supporting the team in general Project Management tasks
- Taking inbound enquiry calls - directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Communicating with relevant companies regarding incoming enquiries for existing and new projects
- Liaising with third-party suppliers
- Updating and managing diary systems effectively
- Organising travel and accommodation for employees
- Collating and reviewing timesheets and expenses
- Preparing source documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and remittance notices
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels including stationary, office equipment, and uniforms
- Assisting in general IT issues
- Inputting data accurately and maintaining records efficiently
The ideal candidate:
- Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience in direct reporting to senior personnel
- Ability to carry out general administration to high standards, with limited or no supervision
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to organise and manage own workload efficiently and be able to multi-task
- Strong individual who can work alone and with other team members
- High-level attention to detail
- Flexible, team player with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build rapport with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Experience with engineering projects would be advantageous but is not essential
- Proactive, results-driven with a collaborative, supportive attitude
