Office Administrator

Location: Liverpool
Salary: From £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00

  • Friday: 08:00 - 15:30

We are working with a well-established Liverpool-based business to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy, fast-paced office environment.

This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role, ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and comfortable juggling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.


The Role

You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the office, supporting both customers and colleagues while ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General office administration, including answering phones, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors

  • Processing daily orders via online systems, email, and telephone

  • Managing and maintaining large spreadsheets

  • Preparing sales quotes and handling customer enquiries

  • Raising invoices and chasing outstanding payments

  • Liaising with customers and couriers to arrange deliveries and collections

  • Supporting wider office operations as required


Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office or administrative role

  • Experience using Sage accounting software (desirable)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
