Account Manager (Sales / Business Development)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £40,000 + comission
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent

We are working with an established and growing business in Liverpool who are looking to recruit an Account Manager to manage existing client relationships while also driving new business growth.

This role is ideal for someone commercially focused, confident building relationships, and motivated by developing both accounts and revenue.

The Role

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Conducting meetings, proposals, and negotiations

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems

  • Working towards individual and team sales targets

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset

  • Confident negotiating and closing deals

  • Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
