Graduate Finance Administrator

Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Runcorn
Working Pattern: Fully office-based

What You'll Be Doing

• Keeping customer accounts fully updated by maintaining accurate sales ledger information
• Handling daily billing tasks, including raising invoices, allocating payments, and processing credit notes
• Monitoring account balances, carrying out reconciliations, and addressing any discrepancies quickly
• Assisting the team with month-end routines to ensure reporting deadlines are met smoothly
• Working closely with colleagues across finance to keep information flowing and processes running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a finance role or a finance-related degree/AAT studies
• Someone who takes pride in accuracy and has a naturally analytical mindset
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines confidently
• Comfortable working with Excel and finance software
• A proactive team player who enjoys continuous learning and development
