Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage new starter documentation including offer letters and contracts, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll data.
  • Maintain personnel records, update payroll changes, and prepare employee correspondence.
  • Manage HR systems and people data for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Support with disciplinary, grievance, and absence meetings, including note-taking.
  • Administer employee benefits including medical, pension, EAP, and Death in Service.

  • Assist with monthly reporting and ad hoc HR projects.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, and basic payroll.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
