People Partner
Permanent | Liverpool | Hybrid Working | Up to £38,000
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships and driving meaningful change? Do you enjoy getting stuck into employee relations while also shaping strategic people projects?
I'm partnering with a leading organisation in Liverpool to recruit a People Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role offering an excellent opportunity to influence the people agenda and contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and staff on a wide range of HR matters, including employment law, terms and conditions, pay, recruitment, and policies.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases, investigations, and formal procedures from start to finish.
  • Supporting the Staff Attendance procedure: coordinating Occupational Health referrals, attending sickness meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes - advertising roles, coordinating interviews, completing checks, and issuing contracts.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Leading on a specific HR function, acting as the subject matter expert and go-to contact for colleagues.
  • Supporting onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and driving forward key HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people.

What's on offer:

  • A permanent role with a progressive and values-led organisation.
  • Hybrid working for greater flexibility and work-life balance.
  • A competitive salary of up to £38,000.
  • The chance to lead on strategic projects and help shape the future of the HR function.
