They are recruiting for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join their team. Package: up to £26,000
Core Hours: 08.30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
Location: Appleton Thorn - Fully Office Based

The Role
You'll be responsible for keeping transport operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate job information, clear customer communication, and effective coordination with planners. No two days will look the same, and your input will directly impact service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities to Include:
- Inputting, amending, and validating transport jobs within internal systems
- Identifying delivery issues and working with the team to resolve failed or delayed loads
- Acting as the main contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing shared inboxes and allocating queries appropriately
- Liaising with planning teams to support efficient route and load planning
- Updating customer systems and portals with real-time transport information
- Tracking completed work and ensuring reporting is accurate and up to date
- Producing daily operational reports, including demurrage and delay monitoring
- Investigating issues and following through to resolution
The Ideal Candidate:
- Background in transport, logistics, customer service, or administration
- High level of accuracy and confidence working with data and systems
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach with customers
- Ability to juggle priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of tasks
