• Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (can be flexible)

The Role

• Handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls
• Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Updating and maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
• Following up on enquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or call-based role
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Comfortable using systems/CRM platforms
