🕒 Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm | Friday 8am-4:30pm
💰 From £27,500 per annum

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, professional company supplying high-quality fabricated products into the commercial sector. The business has a strong reputation for quality and is looking for someone organised, proactive and confident working in a busy office environment.


The Role

This position will play a key part in supporting daily accounts administration and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming calls and handling customer enquiries professionally

  • Processing supplier invoices and sales orders using Sage 50

  • Matching invoices to deliveries and reconciling supplier statements

  • Credit control and chasing overdue payments

  • Processing weekly payroll

  • Credit card reconciliations

  • Producing Excel spreadsheets and management reports


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year's experience using Sage 50 (essential)

  • Confident managing accounts processes including credit control

  • Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

  • Professional communication skills and strong phone manner

  • Full UK driving licence
