Customer Service Administrator/Claims Handler
Salary: £24,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
* 8:00am-4:15pm or 8:45am-5:00pm
Working pattern: Office-based initially, with hybrid working available after a successful introductory period
A well-established organisation in the city centre is seeking a Customer Service Administrator/Claims Handler to join a supportive and long-standing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-led work, is confident handling customer calls, and is looking for a stable, long-term position rather than progression.
The role
Handling inbound customer calls
Completing customer service and administrative tasks
Updating systems in line with set processes
Managing routine, repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
Working collaboratively
The ideal candidate
Previous customer service or office-based administrative experience
Confident communicating with customers by phone
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven role
Reliable, organised and aligned with company values
Working pattern
Hybrid working available following introductory period
Typical hybrid split of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
