Customer Service Administrator/Claims Handler

Salary: £24,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
* 8:00am-4:15pm or 8:45am-5:00pm
Working pattern: Office-based initially, with hybrid working available after a successful introductory period

A well-established organisation in the city centre is seeking a Customer Service Administrator/Claims Handler to join a supportive and long-standing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-led work, is confident handling customer calls, and is looking for a stable, long-term position rather than progression.

The role

  • Handling inbound customer calls

  • Completing customer service and administrative tasks

  • Updating systems in line with set processes

  • Managing routine, repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail

  • Working collaboratively

The ideal candidate

  • Previous customer service or office-based administrative experience

  • Confident communicating with customers by phone

  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven role

  • Reliable, organised and aligned with company values

Working pattern

  • Hybrid working available following introductory period

  • Typical hybrid split of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
