Adaptable Recruitment are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing transport and logistics business based in Runcorn, who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, office-based team where customer experience is at the heart of the business and no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a high level of customer service via phone and email
Managing and monitoring shared inboxes, responding professionally and promptly
Creating and updating jobs accurately on internal systems
Entering data in a timely and accurate manner
Communicating effectively with internal teams to meet customer requirements
Handling incoming calls confidently and professional
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Experience within transport, logistics, or a fast-paced office environment is desirable
Confident telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Methodical, accurate, and able to follow set procedures
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
