Location: Liverpool
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role
As a Business Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across the business, helping to ensure processes run efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to teams across the business
- Managing and updating internal systems and databases
- Handling correspondence via email and phone
- Preparing documents, reports, and internal communications
- Supporting with scheduling, meetings, and diary management
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
- Additional administrative or business-related qualifications are advantageous but not essential
