Location: Liverpool
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a high standard of service while handling enquiries efficiently and professionally across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding products and services
- Updating and maintaining customer records accurately
- Escalating complex issues when required
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Meeting individual and team performance targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional, approachable, and customer-focused manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Confident IT skills and experience using CRM or customer databases
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
- Additional customer service or business-related qualifications are advantageous but not essential
