Adaptable Recruitment are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Assistant to join a reputable Liverpool based company on a temporary on-going basis .

Salary and Benefits
£28000 equivalent
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Office based (9am - 5pm )
Free Parking on site

Job duties and responsibilities
Making sure expense submissions are up to date
Checking the expenses being claimed are in line with the company policy
Checking and verification of expense receipts
Checking VAT is being reclaimed properly on the expense claim
Assistance with accounts payable duties later on down the line

Skills and experience
Previous relevant experience is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong IT skills including Excel
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
